När ett engelsktalande styrelseproffs hörde av sig till mig och frågade om jag kunde specificera vilken typ av VD-jobb jag skulle passa för, så blev mitt svar detta:
“Preferably a company with about 50-200 people so I can focus on a more strategic view, building culture, develop the leadership, creating engagement, business development, setting a new direction for the future and get the whole company to aim for the same goal, while letting each employee be in charge of their own way of reaching there.”
På följdfråga; "In what industry?" blev mitt svar:
“It doesn't really matter as long as the company, the products/services, the people and the challenges get me going.”
Responsen jag fick var ”I love this attitude!”…
